The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently visiting the Fernie two Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers into the community.

SASSA will likely be rendering solutions such as new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer treatment enquiries, along with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency stated it is actually alarmed regarding the substantial range of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The intention of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out into a high variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“That is because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no absolutely functional office devoted to service the area on a regular basis. The service level made for intervention experiences a higher influx of likely beneficiaries, that makes it tricky with the Workplace to attend to all people who visit a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise much more sources to allow the servicing of all consumers and enhance sassa status entry to Social Assistance expert services,” click here the agency said.
